CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT & 3D VISUALISATION
This phase establishes the overall vision and design direction for your interior.
It includes:

  • Space planning and furniture layouts tailored to your lifestyle

  • Overall interior concept

  • Individual room concepts

  • Mood boards and material direction

  • 3D sketches and photorealistic visualisations
     


TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
Once the design concept is approved, we prepare a complete set of technical drawings that allow contractors and craftsmen to execute the project with precision.
This phase includes:

  • Floor, wall and ceiling finish drawings

  • Lighting design and reflected ceiling plans

  • Electrical plans (lighting, switches and power outlets)

  • Custom joinery and cabinetry drawings

  • Construction drawings

  • Plumbing layouts

  • Bathroom elevations with tile layouts and quantities
     


SPECIFICATIONS & PROCUREMENT
We prepare detailed specifications for every selected product, making the purchasing process simple and efficient.
This includes:

  • Kitchen and custom furniture documentation

  • Furniture specifications

  • Sanitaryware specifications

  • Lighting and electrical fixture schedules

  • Wall, floor and ceiling finish schedules

  • Appliance specifications

  • Door and skirting selections

  • Recommendations for suppliers and showrooms

  • Guided visits to manufacturers, workshops and material suppliers when required
     


PROJECT REALISATION & SITE SUPERVISION
During the implementation stage, we oversee the execution of the design to ensure every detail is completed according to the project.
We coordinate suppliers, manage orders, deliveries and logistics, oversee installations, and provide ongoing site supervision throughout construction.

Our goal is simple — to deliver a beautifully completed home where every element has been carefully considered and perfectly executed.
